Shipping & Delivery
Most items will be delivered using Royal Mail but some expensive, bulky and/or fragile products will be shipped via special delivery or courier. In the unlikely event that you have not received all or part of your order within the estimated delivery time and have not been contacted by us regarding a delay to your order please contact our customer services department, quoting your order number.

Returns & Replacements
Orders may be canceled at any time before they are dispatched for a full refund.
The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning items unless agreed otherwise beforehand. Goods returned as unwanted must be returned to us in perfect condition with all applicable packaging intact and any returns over 30 days or those that show signs of use will incur a 15% re-stocking fee.

Sometimes, however, mistakes are made and Carmarthen Camera Centre cannot be held responsible for the accuracy or otherwise of any advice given regarding the repair of any appliance. If you do receive the incorrect parts we will, of course, do our very best to rectify the situation.
