The Sky-Watcher Evostar - 90 (AZ-3) Telescope is a two-element, air-spaced, multi-coated objective achromatic refractor. This high-resolution telescope is manufactured to meet the high standards of optical and mechanical precision. It has long focal lengths and diffraction-limited optical performance. It is ideal for the detailed high power study of the moon, planetary surfaces and other objects in our solar system.
This traditional longer focal ratio achromat refractor will provide pleasing views both day and night. Equipped with everything needed to observe the Moon, Planets and beyond this fine quality telescope will impress novices and more experienced observers. Simple to use with virtually no maintenance and mounted on the AZ3 mount and aluminium tripod. With 90mm of unobstructed optics, a refractor will outperform other designs and has no maintenance issues such as collimation or mirror coating concerns.
Beginner Friendly Telescope
This telescope is easy to use and can be set up in just a few minutes, the mount moves freely in any direction on the stable tripod. The included eyepieces will show the Moon in stunning detail as well as being capable of revealing Planetary views including Saturn's ring system, Jupiter's cloud belts and four of its Moons as well as the polar ice caps on Mars.
