Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are shipped via DPD or Royal Mail, and may require a signature or pin upon delivery.

  • Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 3pm (Monday–Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are sent the next working day.

  • Free Delivery:

    • Next Working Day (DPD) – Free for UK orders over £300

    • Express Delivery (1–3 business days) – Free for orders over £50

    • Standard Delivery – £3.99

We are not responsible for courier delays, but we do our best to ensure prompt service. You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has been sent — this also confirms acceptance of your order and outlines your cancellation rights.

Please allow at least 5 working days from the dispatch date before contacting us about non-delivery.

Important Notes:

  • Orders over £300, bulky items, and all orders containing batteries are sent via DPD (batteries cannot be shipped with Royal Mail).

  • For security, we only ship to the billing address of the cardholder unless the transaction is verified with Verified by Visa or Mastercard SecureCode.

Returns are accepted at our discretion, and items must be:

  • In new, stock condition

  • In original packaging

  • Complete with all accessories, unregistered, and not claimed for cashback

Important Return Conditions:

  • A restocking fee may apply (up to 20%) for items returned outside the 7-day cooling-off period or not in resalable condition.

  • Items found to be non-faulty will be subject to a restocking charge.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and insurance, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Include your original receipt and a completed returns form with the returned item.

Goods remain your responsibility until we receive them.

Other Terms

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for any consequential or indirect losses.

  • All contracts are governed by UK Law.

  • Product suitability is your responsibility. Availability and delivery dates are subject to change. We are not liable for any losses caused by delay or unavailability.
