Alta Pro tripod is unmatched for versatility and stability, enabling more photo opportunities and possibilities than ever before.
Its innovative Multi-Angle Central Column (MACC) System allows users to move the central column from 0 to 180-degree angles in variable vertical and horizontal positions, making macro-photography and high-impact wide-angle shots incredibly easy.
The Instant Swivel Stop-n-Lock (ISSL) System securely and swiftly repositions the central column in one simple movement while maintaining the tripod's stability.
Other features include: advanced camera vibration and shock control; Legs that adjust to 25, 50 and 80-degree angles; Patented premium magnesium die-cast canopy and head; hexagon-shaped central column for extra stability; Nonslip rubber feet with extendable spikes for changing terrains.
The Alta Pro enables you to capture great images at very different angles thanks to its Multi-Angle Central Column. To get shots from a very low angle, retract all leg sections, open the tripod up and put the central column to the desired angle and length. Because the feet are so low, the tripod is very stable. You can also use the hook at the end of the column to stabilize the tripod by adding weight such as your camera bag. For the ultimate set-up, add a Vanguard ball head (for example an SBH-100) or even better a Vanguard grip head (the GH-100 or GH-200) and enjoy almost limitless possibilities.
Not only is the Alta Pro tripod incredibly versatile, but it will also enable you to create images that were impossible before. For example, shooting wildflowers, copying an old photograph, or looking down a spiral staircase is simple, thanks to Alta Pro's ingenious centre column design.
