This eyepiece is ideal for manual guiding and also drift alignment. Drift aligning helps to achieve a more accurate polar alignment which enables longer exposure times without auto-guiding. The double crosshair central box helps keep the guide star/image in the centre of the field. The lens elements are multi-coated to enhance light intensity and deliver maximum bright images.
This multi-function eyepiece from Skywatcher features a laser-etched, double-line crosshair reticle with a built-in battery-powered red led illuminator.
