1. Our Prize draws are organised and managed by Carmarthen Camera Centre LTD of Zion Chapel, Mansel Street Carmarthen SA31 1QX

How to Enter

2. Entries will be accepted by any in-store purchase where an Email, Name and Telephone number have been provided for the purposes of the competition and future marketing opportunities.
3. Entries for the daily prize will be accepted in-store until the 4.30 closing time. No entries will be accepted later than this.
4. Entries will not be accepted for any purchase made through online channels, such as through external marketplaces or through the website.
5. By entering the competition you agree to the terms and conditions made here and the terms and conditions of in-store purchasing
6. Carmarthen Camera Centre LTD reserves the right to reject any entry in breach of the terms of condition or for any reason at the discretion of the business.

Eligibility

7. To be eligible for the competition you must be aged 18 or older.
8. You must not be employed by or related to anyone employed by Carmarthen Camera Centre LTD. Carmarthen Cameras reserves the right to reject any entry if it is deemed there is a personal or financial connection to the operational running of the business.
9. Only one entry per person, per day will be accepted. Entrants may enter more than once on separate days through a separate purchase.
10. Entrants are required to make any purchase over the value of £20 in-store through either Carmarthen Cameras, including Photo Centre products.
11. Carmarthen Camera Centre reserves the rights to disqualify any entry which is seen to be against the spirit of the competition.

Draw

12. Winners of the prize will be selected at random using a computer process at the end of each business day.
13. The Winners will receive details about their prize and information regarding collection of the prize.
14. The Winners will be notified through telephone or email within 7 days of the draw. Any prize not claimed will then be forfeited and Carmarthen Camera Centre LTD reserves the right to select another entry to win the prize.

Limitation of Liability

15. Carmarthen Cameras or its distributors shall not be held liable for any damage, monetary loss, personal injury or harm occurring as a result of the prize competition
16. The prize of the competition shall not be exchanged for any monetary value

Prize

17. Each day a prize will be awarded to the selected entry, details of which will be revealed to the winner on the closing of the draw.
18. A further grand prize will be awarded before Christmas (25^th December 2023).
19. The Prize is of the item only and will not be exchanged for any monetary value and cannot be traded in-store for credit or any monetary value
