Dispatch

Orders dispatched by our carriers may require a signature upon receipt. Orders are sent via Courier or Royal Mail. Orders placed before 3pm Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm are dispatched the following business day. We offer FREE next working day delivery to any UK address if goods value is above £300, and FREE Standard Delivery on orders under £300 (2-3 Business Days)

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Courier, or Royal Mail. For all Internet orders, an e-mail is sent to advise the date of dispatch. This also serves as an acceptance of your order and notes your right to cancel your order. We cannot follow up non-delivery of orders until at least 5 days have elapsed from the date the tracking e-mail is sent.

When placing an order by credit/debit card, goods will only be dispatched to the cardholder at the address where the credit/debit card is registered, unless verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode passwords are used during the payment process.

Any items, over £300 or are considered 'large and bulky' are sent via DPD along with any batteries, as they cannot be shipped Via Royal Mail.

Returned Goods
Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd will not accept goods for credit or rectification unless such return has been authorised by Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd, and the goods are received by Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd in stock condition with original packaging.

or by email: returns@carmarthencameras.com. Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd retain the right at our sole discretion whether to accept the return of the goods, or whether to rectify the goods or whether to issue a credit note in respect thereof.

Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd reserves the right to charge a restocking fee on goods returned for credit that are not in stock condition. The stock condition would be described as the product being in new condition with all software and product seals intact, not damaged or marked in any way, supplied with all the original accessories and packing and not registered for warranty with the manufacturer and not claimed for any cashback promotions. The purchaser shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of outward and return carriage and insurance of all goods returned by the purchaser to Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd for service or credit.

Goods shall be at the risk of the purchaser until actual receipt of the goods by Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd. The onus of proof of safe delivery shall rest with the purchaser.

All returned items must contain a copy of the original receipt and a returns form. All items returned to Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd by prearrangement and found to contain no fault, will be subject to up to 20% restocking charge (for goods returned outside the 7 day cooling-off period), providing the goods are in original stock condition. Any downward variation of this restocking charge shall be at the sole discretion of Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd. No credit shall be allowed for goods until they have been received completely.

Consequential loss
The extent of the Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd liability to the purchaser for any default or breach whatsoever and howsoever arising shall in no case exceed the invoice value of the goods and Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the purchaser in respect of any loss or damage whether suffered by the purchaser and whether direct, indirect, consequential, or however else arising.

Law
This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in the UK and shall in all respects be governed by UK Law.

Online Purchasers
The purchaser is responsible for deciding on the suitability of the goods offered for any particular use and for the given in good faith by our suppliers, but Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd do not guarantee their accuracy. Goods are subject to availability; Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd will not be responsible for compensating the purchaser for any other losses, which may be suffered if we cannot supply the goods. Any dates specified for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and Carmarthen Camera Centre Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivery of the goods.
Customers must be over 16 or have consent from someone holding parental responsibility.
