Shipping policy
Orders dispatched by our delivery partners may require a signature upon receipt. We use a combination of trusted courier services and Royal Mail to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Orders placed before 3:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) are normally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3:00pm will be dispatched on the next working day.
UK Delivery
- FREE Next Working Day Delivery on orders over £300.
- Standard Delivery (2–3 Working Days) on orders under £300.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control. While we make every effort to ensure prompt delivery, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available. This email also confirms acceptance of your order and outlines your statutory cancellation rights.
Please note that we are unable to investigate parcels reported as missing or delayed until five working days have elapsed from the date the dispatch confirmation email was sent.
Card Payment Security
For fraud prevention and security purposes, orders paid for by credit or debit card will normally only be shipped to the cardholder at the registered billing address. Alternative delivery addresses may be accepted where additional verification has been completed, including payments authenticated through Visa Secure or Mastercard Identity Check.
Large, High-Value & Restricted Items
Orders containing items valued over £300, products classified as large or bulky, or items containing lithium batteries will be shipped via DPD or another specialist courier service, as such products cannot be sent through Royal Mail's standard network.
Free In-Store Collection
Customers are welcome to collect their order free of charge from Carmarthen Camera Centre. Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you by email or telephone.
Collections are available Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm from our store. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid form of identification when collecting your purchase.
If someone else will be collecting the order on your behalf, please contact us in advance so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
