The Zeta series debuted in 2009 after a long, exhaustive effort by Kenko to offer the highest end filters. Adopting the newly developed ZR coat, which achieves one of the world’s best surface reflectivity levels of 0.3% or less (or 0.6% or less with C-PL of low-temperature multi-coat specification), the Zeta series cuts reflection on the filter’s glass surface to eliminate flare and ghosting. All Zeta filters use glass material of the highest quality, and their frame, which retains the filter glass, ensures the maximum degree of flatness.

L41 Super UV Cut Glass
The Zeta UV L41 filter absorbs up to 410nm of ultraviolet rays. Normal UV glass has a slight yellow tint, but the L41 is perfectly clear due to the use of high-performance glass.
