Nikon Z 7 II Mirrorless Camera with NIKKOR Z 24-70mm f4 S Lens and Mount Adapter FTZ

The wait is over, the Nikon rumours were true. Nikon officially launched the brand new Z 6 II and Nikon Z 7 II on October 14th. The Z 7 II is a full-frame mirrorless camera that packs a 45.7MP 5-axis VR image sensor and great specs for both video and still photography. If you’re looking for a fantastic all-rounder then the hunt is over.

NIKKOR Z 24-70mm F4 S Lens and Nikon FTZ Mount Adapter

This is the perfect partner to the Nikon Z 6 II or Z 7 II Mirrorless cameras, the FTZ Mount Adapter will enable F-Mount lenses to be used on the Z-Mount. The FTZ Mount Adapter is included with this Nikon Z 7 II mirrorless camera body along with the NIKKOR Z 24-70mm F4 S Lens.

The Ultimate Hybrid

Who is the Z7 II for? Ultimately the Z 7 II is best suited for the hybrid shooter. Packing a 45.7MP image sensor and capable of shooting up to 10fps so you’ll never miss the action, the Z 7 II is also able to capture smooth video in 4K at up to 60p.

The Z 7 II features a CMOS 45.7MP image sensor with 5-axis VR (Vibration Reduction) so you can take steady, tack-sharp handheld images and video.

The fantastic 4K capabilities on the Z 7 II provide a broad dynamic range and the ability to punch into your video at multiple positions in post-production, making it appear as if you have a multi-cam setup. This is ideal for the solo content creator.

Faster and More Powerful

Unlike many similar-level camera systems, the Nikon Z 7 II features Dual Expeed 6 processors. This makes the camera more powerful and essentially more efficient for the user. The dual processor's aid quicker and more effective AutoFocus, which is a much welcome upgrade from the Nikon Z 7.

AutoFocus Upgrades

The Z 7 II features a much needed AF upgrade. Hybrid-phase detection/contrast AF with Af-assist provides sensitivity from -3 to +19 EV and in low-light, -4 to +19 EV. The Z 7 II features 493 AF points across a variety of useful AF-area modes, including Eye-Detection and Animal-Detection, even whilst filming.

Shooting up to 10fps at full resolution, with full autofocus and auto exposure allows you to capture those images that other photographers might miss.

Dual Peace of Mind
An upgrade from the Z 7 is the ability to write to more than one SD card. The Z 7 II features 1x UHS-II SD compatible card slot and 1x XQD or the new super-fast CFExpress card slot. The Z 7 II has the ability to separate stills from movies or RAW from JPG and you can configure the slots for overflow and back-up so you can stay flexible with whatever your workflow throws at you.

Bigger and Better Buffer

With the ability to shoot in such high frame rates, the Z 7 II now features a bigger and better buffer. The buffer depth now supports 200 JPGS and approx 50 RAW (12-bit uncompressed) images in one burst.

Get a better grip

We’ve not seen one of these before on the mirrorless range from Nikon. The new vertical shooting grip is great for the portrait photographer or sports photographer, providing improved functionality and flexibility with your shooting. With an added bonus of carrying more than one battery for longer shoots!
