With a longer focal length of f/8 this telescope provides higher magnification with a given eyepiece than its f/5 cousin, the Explorer-150P. Delivers excellent performance for the observation of the Moon, planets, nebulae, galaxies, star clusters and tight double-stars. Supplied with the EQ3-2 equatorial mount, which when polar aligned, will allow you to easily track objects as they move across the night sky via its slow motion control cables.
