The SmallRig L Bracket 2947 is a precision-machined, modular L-plate designed specifically for Nikon Z-series full-frame mirrorless cameras. Featuring Arca-Swiss compatible dovetails on both the base and side plates, it allows seamless switching between horizontal and vertical shooting while keeping your camera perfectly centred on your tripod.

Built from lightweight aluminium alloy with anti-twist flanges and a locating pin, this L bracket provides a secure fit and comfortable grip—ideal for photographers who regularly alternate between orientations.

Designed for Stability and Speed

The bracket attaches to your camera via a 1/4"-20 screw with anti-twist locating pin, preventing unwanted rotation during use. Both axes feature sensor centring lines, ensuring accurate alignment on tripod heads for consistent composition.

The side plate is extendable to the left, providing extra clearance for tethering cables or remote releases without removing the bracket.

Arca-Swiss Compatible & Accessory Ready

Both the base plate and vertical plate use Arca-type dovetails, allowing direct mounting onto compatible tripod heads and clamps—no additional plates required.

Multiple 1/4"-20 threaded holes on the base and side enable attachment of accessories such as cold shoes, cable clamps, or straps, making this bracket a versatile foundation for hybrid photo and video setups.
