SmallRig Thumb EDC Flashlight

SmallRig Thumb EDC Flashlight 5710

The SmallRig Thumb EDC Flashlight 5710 packs versatile lighting into a pocket-sized design. Created in collaboration with WUBEN, it combines a 400-lumen maximum output, an 82m beam distance and flexible mounting options in a lightweight aluminium alloy body weighing approximately 54g.

From finding equipment in a dark camera bag to lighting close-up subjects, this compact everyday carry torch puts useful illumination within easy reach. A 180° adjustable head, magnetic base and adjustable clip help you direct the light while keeping your hands free.

Compact Size, Powerful Output

Measuring just 63.8 × 38.4 × 15mm, the Thumb EDC is small enough to carry in a pocket, clip to your clothing or attach to your keys.

Despite its compact dimensions, it delivers up to 400 lumens with a stated beam distance of 82m. The built-in 450mAh rechargeable battery provides approximately 50 minutes of runtime in high mode, or up to 65 hours in low mode, giving you the choice between stronger illumination and extended endurance.

Direct the Light Where You Need It

The 180° adjustable light head lets you change the direction of illumination without repositioning the entire torch. Angle it towards your equipment, work surface or subject to make better use of the available mounting position.

A three-position adjustable clip provides convenient attachment to suitable clothing, straps or bags, keeping the light accessible during everyday tasks and location work.

Hands-Free Magnetic and Threaded Mounting

The integrated magnetic base attaches to suitable magnetic metal surfaces, allowing you to illuminate a task while keeping both hands available.

For more controlled positioning, a ¼″-20 threaded mounting hole connects to compatible magic arms and supports. This makes the Thumb EDC a useful addition to a photographer’s kit when a small, positionable light is needed.

Adjustable White Light and RGB Effects

The Thumb EDC offers 6500K white light with stepless brightness adjustment, allowing you to fine-tune the output for the task.

Full-spectrum RGB colour options and effects add flexibility for creative lighting and visual signalling. The rotary adjustment dial provides direct control over brightness and RGB settings, while the mode control lets you switch between lighting options.

Included Diffuser for Softer Light

Attach the supplied detachable silicone diffuser to soften the light for nearby subjects. Used with a compatible support, it provides another option for experimenting with close-up and macro lighting.

Its compact size makes it easy to position near small subjects or introduce light into areas that are difficult to reach with larger equipment.

Built for Everyday Carry

The aluminium alloy housing combines low weight with a durable feel, while IP65 protection provides resistance to dust and water jets for outdoor use.

A dedicated lock toggle helps prevent accidental activation when the torch is stored in a pocket or bag. The included wrist strap and key ring offer additional carrying options.

IP65 protection does not make the flashlight suitable for immersion in water.
