Comfortable Support for Extended Shoots

Carrying a professional camera kit for several hours can place considerable strain on your neck and shoulders. The Vanguard PRO STRAP uses a padded shoulder section and adjustable underarm strap to distribute the load across the upper body, helping you stay comfortable while walking, working or changing position.

The harness can be adjusted to suit your body, clothing and equipment, allowing the camera to rest naturally against your hip. Adjustable cam buckles help reduce unwanted movement and keep your equipment close to the body when walking between locations, bending down or working in crowded environments.

Universal Arca-Compatible Quick Release

Vanguard’s Quick Detach Locking System provides a secure connection while allowing you to change shooting setups quickly.

The supplied QS-38H Arca-compatible quick-release plate attaches to the tripod thread on the base of your camera. A slim, lightweight clamp then locks onto the plate in the same way as an Arca-compatible tripod head.

The clamp connects to the harness using an aluminium Pro Clip connector with a push-button release mechanism. When you need complete freedom of movement, simply press the two release buttons and disconnect the safety tether to remove the camera from the harness.

You can also loosen the clamp from the quick-release plate and place the camera directly onto a compatible tripod, avoiding the need to change plates between handheld and tripod shooting.

Additional Camera Security

A Vanguard Connect Safety Tether is included to create a secondary connection between the camera and harness.

The tether attaches to the camera’s strap eyelet and connects to the supplied Connect Clip DLX. It can be attached or released quickly while providing extra reassurance when carrying valuable professional equipment.

Ready for the Next Shot

The PRO STRAP is designed to keep your camera secure without slowing you down. Moving the front cam buckle up the strap allows the camera to be raised smoothly into shooting position, making it ideal for fast-moving subjects and unpredictable moments.

When the harness could restrict movement, the quick-release connector allows the camera to be detached in seconds. Once the shot is complete, it can be quickly reconnected to the harness.
