At the heart of the Conquest Apia is ZEISS HD optical technology, combining Extra-Low Dispersion (ED) glass, aspherical lens elements and FieldFlattener technology to deliver exceptional clarity and sharpness across the field of view.

The renowned ZEISS T multi-coating* helps maximise brightness and contrast, while the optical system provides 85% light transmission for detailed observation even in challenging lighting conditions.

With reduced chromatic aberration and excellent edge-to-edge sharpness, the Conquest Apia reproduces fine details and natural colours, making it particularly useful when identifying birds and wildlife at a distance.

The 20-50x zoom eyepiece provides an ideal balance between a wide field of view and powerful magnification.

At 20x, the generous 48-metre field of view at 1,000 metres makes it easier to scan landscapes, locate wildlife and follow moving subjects. Increasing magnification to 50x allows you to examine finer details and identify distant subjects with greater precision.

The eyepiece is designed for immersive, comfortable viewing, with a wide subjective viewing angle and 19mm eye relief, helping reduce fatigue during extended observation sessions.

The Conquest Apia features an ergonomically positioned focusing wheel, placed ahead of the tripod mounting point for easy access.

With just 1.2 turns from close focus to infinity, the focusing mechanism allows quick adjustments while maintaining the precision needed to resolve fine details. Large, textured focus and zoom controls remain comfortable to operate, even when wearing gloves.

An included removable throw lever provides additional control over zoom adjustments, while the extendable sunshade helps reduce unwanted stray light.
