Available in 8x42, 10x42, and 12x42 variations, this large field of view, combined with the compact design and superb ergonomics, takes the viewing experience to the next level. Continuous improvements to the optical system, including a space-saving mechanical concept, ensure the highest standards of quality through consistent adherence to minimum manufacturing tolerances.

New Mechanical Concept

Precision threads and optimum surfaces play a crucial role in keeping friction to a minimum, allowing the focusing mechanism to work effortlessly. The new mechanical system ingeniously stows the focusing mechanism within the binocular’s revolutionary ergonomic housing. Proven magnesium technology ensures maximum ruggedness while remaining lightweight.

FRP Forehead Rest

The FRP forehead rest, available as an accessory, guarantees comfort even during long observation periods. The forehead rest can be adjusted for perfect alignment, providing stable three-point support, allowing hands-free use at high magnification.

FSB Functional Sidebag

The NL Pure binoculars are stored on their side in the new FSB functional sidebag, ensuring they are at your fingertips and ready to use as soon as you reach into the bag.

UCS Universal Comfort Strap

The UCS universal comfort strap prevents fatigue thanks to its ergonomic design and wide neck section. Your comfort is ensured through performance materials such as mesh, which regulates moisture and provides excellent ventilation. The strap can be quickly and intuitively adjusted to the desired length via a quick-lock clasp on each side. As with the EL series, it is fitted to the binoculars via a bayonet catch. Strap loop connectors (supplied as standard) also allow normal straps to attach to the bayonet catch.

Supplied With

  • UCS universal comfort strap
  • FSB functional sidebag

    Understanding: Magnification

Understanding magnification, typically denoted by a number followed by an "x" (e.g., 8x42), is essential for choosing binoculars suited to specific activities like birdwatching, hunting, or stargazing.

Higher magnification offers a closer view but may sacrifice field of view and stability, while lower magnification provides a wider field of view and is generally easier to stabilize but sacrifices detailed observation of distant objects

    Understanding: Field of View

Field of view refers to the width of the area visible through the binoculars at a specific distance. A wider field of view allows you to observe more of your surroundings, making it ideal for activities like birdwatching or sports events where tracking fast-moving subjects is essential.

    Understanding: Objective Lens Diameter

The objective lens diameter determines how much light the binoculars can gather, directly impacting image brightness and clarity, especially in low-light conditions. A larger objective lens diameter results in brighter and clearer images, making it ideal for activities such as stargazing or wildlife observation at dawn or dusk. However, larger objective lenses also mean heavier and bulkier binoculars, which may not be suitable for all users, especially for long periods of use or travel.
